Polly's Party Pieces UK Return Policy applies to orders placed on https://polly-s-party-pieces.myshopify.com only. If you have placed an order on Amazon please contact us via Amazon.

14 DAY RETURN POLICY 
For products bought online you have the legal right to change your mind within 14 days after delivery and receive a refund (shipping costs are non-refundable and you will need to pay the postage to return). We can accept a return of unopened / unused product in the original packaging within 14 days. Please email us at customerservices@pollyspartypieces.co.uk and enter “Return Request” in the subject line with the below information.

• Phone number
• Order number
• Reason for the return

If the product you have received is incorrect, faulty or mis described please contact us at customerservices@pollyspartypieces.co.uk with the above details so that we can reach a resolution with you.
